Refund and Exchange Policy
In-Stock Decorative Items
Products that are shipped directly from our shop in Kansas City are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. You may bring your item(s) back to the store or send an email to email@example.com to receive a return label. If your return is postmarked after the 30-day receipt window, a store credit will be issued.
Please be sure to double check your order, and use the provided dimensions to conduct any necessary measurements prior to purchasing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards and shipping costs are not refundable nor transferable.
Furniture and Large Items
We are unable to process returns of furniture, rugs, mirrors, and large art shipped directly from our manufacturer at this time.
Please ensure you read each product description carefully and measure prior to ordering. We are happy to provide additional product information, photos, and design assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clearance and last chance items (price ending in .99) are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
We will happily replace items if they arrive damaged. Shipping damages must be reported to us with photos at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for replacement.
Furniture must be unboxed and carefully inspected by the recipient BEFORE signing for the piece(s). Unacceptable damage should be immediately rejected and sent back with the freight drivers for the best and quickest service for you. If for some reason damage went unnoticed before the freight driver has left, please send photos of the damage up close and far away, as well as photos of the shipping container to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do our best to get you a quick replacement, but the process may take up to 8 weeks for us to file claims with the manufacturer and freight companies.
