Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the fact that most of our items are special order, made-to-order, and/or are very fragile in nature, we are unable to process returns of online orders.

Please ensure you read each product description carefully and measure your space prior to ordering. We are happy to answer questions and provide additional product information, photos, and sizing assistance at customerservice@texturedhaus.com.


Damages

We will happily replace items if they arrive damaged. Shipping damages must be reported to us with photos at customerservice@texturedhaus.com within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for replacement.

Furniture must be unboxed and carefully inspected by the recipient before signing for the piece(s). Unacceptable damage should be immediately rejected and sent back with the freight drivers for the best and quickest service to you. If, for some reason, damage went unnoticed before the freight driver has left, please send photos of the damage up close and far away, as well as photos of the shipping container to customerservice@texturedhaus.com within 48 hours of receipt. We do our best to get you a quick replacement, but the process may take up to 12 weeks for us to file claims with the manufacturer and freight companies. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in our Kansas City store may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in unused condition with tags attached, no stains or blemishes, and no unpleasant odors. Clearance items (price ends in $.99) are final sale and are not eligible for return. Items sold for more than 20% off are final sale.
