In-stock decorative items are shipped out from our warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri within 3 business days from placing your order.

Furniture, rugs, mirrors, large art and other oversized items are generally shipped directly from our manufacturer. Please allow 2-3 weeks after your order has shipped for your item(s) to arrive at your home. You should receive a call from the freight company after your furniture ships to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

Pre-ordered furniture and other oversized items will ship to your home as soon as they are available at the manufacturer. We do our best to keep up with shipping dates, but due to circumstances at the manufacturers that are out of our control, we cannot always guarantee those initially estimated dates. We will be in touch with you every step of the way and let you know if your order is impacted by shipping delays.
